Recently, after a bad show (It happens sometimes, it's improv), I caught Young reading this book. '14,000 Things to be Happy About.'
Young: An ex-girlfriend gave it to me a long time ago.
Me: Does it work?
Young: No. I think she gave it to me to piss me off.

My last blog (A Year in Pictures of Working) had a running bit about including everyone's job title the first time they made an appearance. I'd like to do something along those lines with this blog, but frankly, most performers do a lot of different shows. Too many to mention in the posts themselves. I used to intern at IO during Whirled News, so I saw you and Matt Young perform quite often. I just wanted to tell you how much I miss seeing Whirled News, now that I work Saturdays. It's such a solid, funny show. I also think I saw Matt Young in a commercial for RCN or Comcast.
