I noticed that CVS now has a Political Birthday Card shelf.
For example, one of the cards reads, "Have a Democratic Birthday Party." Inside it reads, "All the candles lean to the left."
The Republican version is exactly the same except, "all the candles lean to the right."

I hate to be the guy that harangues the political greeting card writer, but those are the best they can do for punchlines?
Possible substitutes: Have A Republican Birthday Party! Consider the gifts you receive as evidence of your hard work and boot-strappin', can-do attitude. Denigrate birthday gifts for others as handouts for shiftless leeches.
And the Democratic party card could be some burn about abortion or something.
Ok. I'll admit, I haven't worked out all the kinks.
